Production timing
If a piece is tagged available now, it ships the next working day after payment clears. If it’s tagged made to order, expect 5–7 working days for build before dispatch. Custom commissions take 2–4 weeks - you’ll get a specific dispatch date in your confirmation.
We don’t accept rush requests for production. Each piece gets the time it needs.
Within Nigeria
- Lagos (same-day): Express delivery within Lagos by vetted dispatch rider, where available. Fee quoted by distance. Once your rider is assigned, we share their name and number on WhatsApp so you can reach them directly (see Tracking below).
- Lagos (next-day): Via DHL, GIG Logistics, or Sendbox. Flat ₦5,000.
- Nationwide: 2–3 working days via DHL Express or GIG. From ₦8,500 depending on destination.
- Studio collection: Free, by appointment. Lekki Scheme 2, Monday–Saturday 10am–6pm.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Transit time after dispatch is typically:
- West Africa: 2–3 working days - from ₦35,000
- UK & EU: 3–4 working days - from ₦65,000
- North America: 4–5 working days - from ₦75,000
- Asia & Oceania: 5–6 working days - from ₦85,000
All international parcels ship fully insured. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking
As soon as your piece is dispatched, we send the tracking number via WhatsApp and email - whichever you check first. You can follow the parcel from the courier’s tracking page.
If a tracking number hasn’t moved for more than 24 hours after dispatch, message us. We’ll chase it.
Lagos same-day (dispatch riders): Rider deliveries don’t have a courier tracking page. Instead, once your rider is assigned we send their name and number on WhatsApp, and we confirm pickup and hand-off - so you always know where your piece is, even without a tracking link.
Returns policy
Available-now pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping), provided the piece is unused, in original condition, with its dust bag and care card included.
Made-to-order pieces in standard configurations can be returned within 7 days for a 70% refund (we keep the 30% to cover materials and labour committed to your build).
Custom commissions are non-refundable once production has started, because the piece is built specifically for you. We mitigate this through the design-approval and sample-photo process so you can confirm direction before the build begins.
If something arrives damaged or wrong: photograph it on arrival and message within 48 hours. We’ll arrange collection and either repair, remake, or fully refund - your call.
Duties & customs
For international deliveries, import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. DHL will collect these at delivery in most destinations. We can provide a commercial invoice in advance if your local customs requires it - just ask.
