The workshop is open to clients by appointment. We’d rather have you for half an hour with full attention than have you wait in a queue, so message ahead and we’ll set the time.

Which channel for what?
- Email - the best channel for most things. Order updates, design questions, formal enquiries, contracts, press, partnership pitches. Fastest reply is typically within four working hours.
- Contact form (above) - if you’d rather not open your inbox. Same team, same response time.
- Wholesale & private label - both programmes are invite-only and paused for new applications. Message us here with your store or brand details and we’ll come back to you when the programmes reopen.
- Visit - if you’d like to see materials in person, discuss a wedding piece, or just visit because you’re nearby.
